Everyday Rules For Acne Sufferers...

In three easy steps,

- 1st Rule: Drink Much Water
- 2nd Rule: Forget the fast-foods
- 3rd Rule: Do NOT touch your skin
- 4th Rule: Sleep

 
Detailed instruction:

Clear skin is what all acne suffers want to have. Achieving it is the main difficulty they face. Visiting doctor is the first and must choice for everyone. But usually after visiting and getting the medication, they end up using creams with no results. What I want to explain here is that no matter what medication you take, you can not succeed and get acne free if you don't stick with something and follow some rules.

1st Rule: Drink Much Water:

Drinking water is a must for curing acne. Waters cleans the body, thus leading to assisting the detoxifying process. That means, that in order to help your body cure it's self, you must drink at least 8 glasses of water (1-2 liters). Forget all the other kinds of drinks. Avoid soft drinks and alcohol because not only they don't help you at all but they aggravate your acne. Start your day with a glass of water and end it with one. Make it a habit.

2nd Rule: Forget the fast-foods:

Don't expect using creams and pills and after that go eating fast foods will help you clean your acne. Good diet alone, will not cure acne however bad diet can seriously aggravate your acne. Instead of eating pizzas, chips etc, try eating some fruits. That will not only help in your way to become acne free but also achieve a healthier way of living in general.

3rd Rule: Do NOT touch your skin

That's right. Don't ever touch your skin, especially with dirty hands. That means, not only to avoid squeezing and scratching your pimples but avoid any touch with it. Remember that when you touch your skin, you transfer bacteria and oil which aggravate your acne.

4th Rule: Sleep

Sleeping can really benefit your skin health. Try to sleep at least 8 hours everyday. Remember that big changes in our body, take place when we sleep. So give your body the time it needs to cure itself. You may notice that when you don't get enough sleep your acne looks worse. By taking enough rest everyday you will achieve a better looking skin.

These are 4 things you must do no matter what program or medication you are in. Try to follow them and they will help you achieve a better looking skin without acne.
